Donations:

1. Acceptance of donations: ToBe-Heartsafe accepts donations from individuals and organizations. By making a donation to ToBe-Heartsafe, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Use of donations: All donations received by ToBe-Heartsafe will be used to further its charitable purposes. ToBe-Heartsafe reserves the right to allocate donated funds to its programs and services as it deems appropriate.
3. Refund policy: ToBe-Heartsafe does not offer refunds for donations. If you have made a donation in error, please contact us at info@tobe-heartsafe.org.uk
4. Gift aid: If you are a UK taxpayer, ToBe-Heartsafe can claim Gift Aid on your donation. By ticking the Gift Aid box when making your donation, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you would like ToBe-Heartsafe to claim Gift Aid on your behalf.
5. Receipts: ToBe-Heartsafe will provide receipts for all donations received. If you have not received a receipt for your donation within 30 days, please contact us at info@tobe-heartsafe.org.uk.
